❄️FROM CHILLED
MICROWAVE: Remove lid and place loosely on the container. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on Full power for 4-5 minutes. Halfway through heating, add 2 tablespoons of water to the rice and stir contents together. Re-cover and continue heating. Heat until piping hot and stand for 1 minute.
OVEN: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove lid and any outer packaging. Place on a baking tray at the top of the oven for 20 minutes or until piping hot

MICROWAVE: Place the whole container in with the lid on and microwave on high in 2 minutes intervals, stirring between intervals for approx. 6-8 minutes. Re-cover and continue heating. Heat until piping hot and stand for 1 minute.
OVEN: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Keep the lid on loosely, then place on a baking tray at the top of the oven for 30 minutes or until the meal reaches the desired temperature.”
