I'm a Le Cordon Bleu Paris-trained chef with a love for both food and travel. Born in Malaysia, I’ve lived in Singapore, the U.S., New Zealand, and France before settling in the UK. In 2018, I left my corporate job to pursue my passion at Le Cordon Bleu. Now, I create dishes that blend my Southeast Asian and Chinese roots with French culinary techniques.
I cook dishes I personally love and enjoy eating, including lots of Malaysian and Chinese flavours, plus a few traditional French recipes with an Asian twist.
