“❄️FROM CHILLED
MICROWAVE: Sprinkle a little water over the curry and rice to prevent drying out. Place the whole container in with the lid on and microwave on high in 2-minute intervals, stirring between intervals for approx. 4-5 minutes.. Re-cover and continue heating. Heat until piping hot and stand for 1 minute.
OVEN: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Sprinkle a little water over the curry and rice to prevent drying out. Keep the lid on loosely, then place on a baking tray at the top of the oven for 20 minutes or until the meal reaches the desired temperature.
